Richard Klein

are encouraged to make reservations early due to high conference
traffic in Chicago at the time.

Midyette & Sheila Snow-Croft

Sheila Snow-Croft as co-editor. These positions do not have a fixed

mercy.

Chris Shaffer (website) and Tom
Flemming (member list) will continue edit the website. The possibility
using wiki technology on the website was mentioned.
- Call for new
officers.
- Co-Conveners
Jacqueline Lescovec continues
with her second year of leadership. Jon Crossno begins his two year
term to end at the meeting in Hawaii, 2009.
- Programming
Chair and Committee Members
Bill
Flemming, Michael Scott, and Sheila Snow-Croft assumed responsibility
for programming next year. [Suggestion: it would do well to find
someone to volunteer to do this prior to the beginning of the next
meeting, so that the volunteer can attend the Saturday planning
meeting.]
- Recognition of

--Chris Shaffer and Tom Flemming
